Key branch services:

 Respite for children and adults

Connor House provides facility-based respite in Mornington as well as two community-based respite services, one of which offers day activities during school holidays for young people aged 6 to 18. There is also a program for adults and older people based in Rosebud, which aims to provide meaningful programs and activities to improve quality of life.

 Further education and employment services

 Konnections provides structured, formalised training in literacy, numeracy and computer skills with the aim of increasing future employment opportunities. There is training available in areas including hospitality, retail, wood work, and horticulture and work experience programs are available.

 Day Activities

 Clients are encouraged to take part in activities such as music and movement, art and craft, pottery, yoga, bowling and mini golf. A Personal Centered Plan is completed to ensure clients are participating in activities they enjoy.

 Individual Support

 This allows for the development of independent living skills to help a client move into their own accommodation. This includes menu planning, shopping, budgeting and cleaning to assist clients to develop self-esteem, responsibility and independence. Konnections also provides transportation, advocacy and recreational activities to build inclusive communities for all people.
