To be successful in this role you will need:
* Highly developed interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrated high level professionalism, compliance and attention to detail;
* Proven ability to manage time/work loads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment;
* Solid experience in Employment Services and/or understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment and knowledge of recruitment practices will be highly regarded.
